Refund policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition.

Unless an item is received damaged or in error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding the original shipping charges and a 5% transaction fee.
